Great experience but hard to find parking area with google map. Have to go around the block.

Expect nothing, be prepared for the lowest quality service and cleanliness. Restrooms are extremely awful. You get what you paid for.

The buses are on time. I wish they were more attentive to the disabled like in San Antonio though. The ladies restroom is dirty, smells gross. Many of the stalls are or have broken locks,toilet seats, toilet handles that leak water and broken toilet paper holders. Someone should be assigned to keep it clean and smelling fresh. 🤮

If I could give them no stars would! I bought a one way ticket for $90 from Corpus Christi to San Antonio, TX. I boarded the bus, it drove 1.1 miles from the station and ran out of gas. We waited 3 hours on the side of the road in 100+degree temps, and I finally got a ride from a friend. When I requested a refund, the greyhound representative said it was a situation beyond their control (??!!! You can’t make this stuff up!!) and since I had purchased a non-refundable ticket, their responsibility ended there. Apparently they’re not required to get you to your destination. On the website they claim that refunds are given for delays greater than 2 hours. They’re HORRIBLE!!!

Got here 20mins before the time. The guy on the counter told me the bus was a little delayed so I waited. Then after like 15mins past the time I asked him again and he told me the bus was gone and that I need to buy another ticket. I asked him if I could take the 9am ride and he denied even tho it was their fault. They don't announce rides or anything. You see buses coming and going but they won't let you get up and ask. The 9am bus is pretty much empty but they didn't let me in because their pride won't let them accept they were wrong and giving me this courtesy would mean otherwise. Tornado buses are around the corner, so I guess they will get my business from now on.
